Whenever there is a negative exponent all you have to do is change its position for example the
16¯¹ and a¯7 they are denominators but since both of them have a negative exponent then we will change its position to numerators so that it will become positive
Same goes at 4¯³ and a¯5 they are numerators but i change its position to denominators and the exponent sign changes to positive
And now just simplify it
The answer will be
a²/4
But if you dont want to simplify it yet and what you only need is that to transform the given expression without the negative exponents then the answer would be the no. 1 option
